Radis Electric at 3829 Santa Claus Lane, Carpinteria, California.

I needed some electric work done at my home in Santa Barbara, Ca. where i own a 2nd hm. A friend here recommended Radis. I called them on Fri the 26th and was told someone would call me Monday to schedule.
I do not get a call until Weds. But for the recommendation i would have said no thanks. They wanted to come out that am as they had a cancelation. I couldn't do with such short notice and they said would call me back later that day. Needless to say no call back. I call the next day and for whatever reason do not book it, but once again, say will call back. Needless to say no call back. Finally, only because, if this company was recommended to me by a local friend i decided to give the owner a heads up as to what was happening, I called today, Friday, Feb.2 and asked ( very nicely) for the owner.VERY nasty woman told me there was no owner. I then, again, politely, asked for the GM or managing partner and, again, in an extreme nasty tone told me they had no GM, no owner, and no managing partner. I then ask if there was a person in charge. This nasty woman then tells that that person, whatever their title, was no there and did i want her to "materialize " them out of thin air. I commented that that was not a great attitude and her response was, so what.
I do not take lightly writing a review to hurt someones business, but, this was beyond pale. Have never written a review before. BEWARE this company.
